ABSOLUTELY LOVE our new Marcel Corner Sectional in Sagano Green. From purchase to delivery the company did an excellent job of communicating. The fabric is gorgeous and the cushions have the perfect firmness, so comfortable! Very impressed with Poly & Bark and will shop them again!
Ordered 4 barstools from polyandbark. The packaging was over the top good. The style was unique and beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. The wood grain matched on three of the four barstools. The wood grain on the other one is very different. If I would have purchased at a brick and mortar store I would have made sure they all matched. Returning it would have been a pain. That being said, we love them in our kitchen and I would definitely use polyandbark again.
The sofa we purchased was exactly as described. It has quickly became my favorite seat in the house. The leather is beautiful both in color and texture. The customer service was excellent and the crew that delivered the sofa were efficient and friendly. My sofa was actually able to be delivered a week earlier to my delight.
Our experience with Poly & Bark was nothing but amazing! Everything was delivered on time and damage free. We absolutely love our furniture and have received so many compliments. The leather sofa is soft and luxurious, and the velvet sofa is equally decadent. Would definitely order again. Love their customer service.
